Americans Need to Eat More Fish
The word “sustainable” is the latest buzzword in the food industry—be it for seafood or something else.
Preheat the oven to 425° F.
In a shallow dish combine juices, salt and pepper. Add salmon and coat with marinade. Stand at room temperature for 20 minutes, turning fillets once. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil, lightly grease with melted butter. In a small dish, combine orange zest, brown sugar, chili powder and garlic. Rub over salmon. Place on baking pan. Drizzle with any remaining melted butter. Bake 8 to 12 minutes.
