Strawberries is to Indiana as apple pie is to the United States. Every farm-to-table chef will make a delicious dish to devour and almost everyone enjoys a good strawberry shortcake including the thousands who attend the annual Strawberry Festival on the circle. Strawberry Festival utilizes more than 300 volunteers and serves an estimated six tons of strawberries and 18,000 homemade shortcakes. It will take place on June 9 on the circle.
