Hotel Tango - vodka and gin

Edible Indy partnered with Hotel Tango Distillery and Traders Point Creamery to create a unique cocktail pairing dinner at the farm at Traders Point Creamery. This event showcased a brilliant sustainability menu created by Chef Toby Moreno paired with four cocktails by Hotel Tango all inspired by the farm, the ingredients and season. Diners senses were elevated by the Brick Street tomme fondu to the chive infused gin and ended on a delightful note with an adult boozey sundae. During each course the chef spoke about the passion and love applied to designing each layer of the course and how each cocktail was influenced and prepared to compliment and enhance the culinary journey.

The paired menu (which was drool worthy)
