Why We Love It: Lisa Spark’s dream to start a pie shop began 18 years ago; she made pies out of her house for a year before they became popular enough for her to open shop. Lisa has nine different varieties of fruit pies, seven cream pies, and ten specialty pies. Lisa’s Pie Shop also sells six different varieties of 4-, 8- and 16-ounce pies in a jar.
