- ½ cup unsalted butter
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic paste or garlic powder
- 8–10 leaves fresh sage
In a large sauté pan, melt butter over low heat. Once butter is melted, add salt, pepper, garlic and half of the sage leaves. Cook for about 3 minutes. Pour the sauce over the pasta and use remaining sage leave as garnish.
