- 1½ ounces Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin
- ¾ ounce Celery Apple Shrub
- ¾ ounce Carlo Alberto Bianco vermouth
- ¼ ounce honey water*
- 1 dash Bar Keep Fennel Bitters
Stir over ice. Strain over 2 ice cubes. Garnish with celery stick.
*Heat equal parts of honey and water until dissolved. Cool. Store in refrigerator.
