Fill a shaker with ice and pour in all ingredients except Violet Garden Party. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with Violet Garden Party. Squeeze lemon swath into glass and garnish.
*To make chamomile gin
Pour a bottle of gin into a 24 ounce glass jar with 4 chamomile tea bags infusing overnight. Pour back into gin bottle.
Heat one part sugar and one part water until dissolved. Cool completed and store in a glass jar refrigerated for up to six weeks.
