This cocktail is light and fresh and will make you feel like summer anytime of the year. Fresh mint can be switch with fresh basil if you prefer a more savory taste.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen cubed seedless watermelon
- 1 1/2 ounce Hard Truth Toasted Coconut Rum
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 fresh sprigs mint
Instructions
In a blender add all ingredients and puree. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with a spring of mint and slice of watermelon with the rind.
