Why is The Garage important to boosting downtown Indianapolis?
The Garage is important because it makes up part of a wonderful new ecosystem where people can eat, discover, drink, be entertained, shop and even stay at the nicest hotel in Indy.


When customers visit you at The Garage, what is one thing they need to try or buy from you?
I always think that our number one meal to try is the Pork Mac. We smoke Bone-in pork shoulder overnight with cherry wood, then put it over mac & cheese that has no butter and a little less cheese than a lot of places would use. The resulting meal is a slowly made, surprisingly light meal that reminds me of something I would get at the State Fair.

Outside of your own business, what maker do you love to visit?
I love getting to explore the options in the garage, especially as we add new neighbors. My favorite maker to visit is right in front of our store – Lick Ice Cream. They make their own waffle cones right there. The best part is getting half pints of several of their unique flavors to try. To date, my favorite Lick flavor is their Earl Grey Peppermint.


How is The Garage making a difference for your business? How is it taking you to the next level?
The Garage has been an important point of discovery for us. So many people come by and try some of our meals for the first time. I really feel that being a part of the Garage has helped firmly establish us as one of the premier Meal Prep companies anywhere in the country.
