Why We Love It: Huse Culinary, parent company of St. Elmo Steak House, Harry & Izzy’s, Burger Study and 1933 Lounge, recently opened the newest restaurant, The HC Tavern + Kitchen at Fishers District. The HC Tavern + Kitchen menu is completely different than any of the other Huse Culinary establishments. It features some of the same award-winning steaks but will also offer a variety of every-day lunch and dinner options including wagyu corn dogs, blistered corn bisque, roasted beets salad, steaks, crab cakes, dry rub baby back ribs, Berkshire pork chop, wagyu meatloaf, sandwiches, sides and desserts. Brunch menu items include cast iron cinnamon roll bites, benedicts, shrimp and grits, chicken biscuit minis and more.
