Marinate steak in Soyaki for a few hours. Grill steak for 7 minutes, flip and cook for another 5 minutes. Set aside to rest. Slice against the grain.
Place jasmine rice in bowl, and start placing ingredients around the edge of bowl. Add in layers the steak, spinach, pickled vegetable, avocado and top with poached egg. Before serving, drizzle with Yum Yum sauce and top with sliced green onions.
