Muddle pear with 2 cubes of ice. Combine remaining ingredients in mixing tin.
Add ice to mixing tin. Shake vigorously. Strain ½ of cocktail in chilled coupe and ½ of cocktail in Elyx carafe. Add ice to copper sidecar to chill carafe.
Garnish: Thyme Sprig, Pear Twist
Prep Glass: Mixing Tin
Service Glass: Coupe, Elyx Carafe and Copper Sidecar
