Ingredients
- 1 ounce Chive Infused Hotel Tango Golf Gin*
- 1 ounce Hotel Tango Gin
- 1 ounce ginger simple
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
Add all ingredients over ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously and strain over a coupe glass filled with ice. Garnish with a basil leaf.
To make the chive infused gin. Puree a handful of fresh chives. Incorporate and stir the puree into a fifth of gin. Allow this to sit for 12-24 hours and strain gin mixture with a cheese cloth to eliminate any chive remnants. Gin will be a chartreuse color.
