About this recipe
The inspiration for Reflection of a Memory came from the study of the tasting notes of Off Hours Bourbon, which reminded me so fondly of grandma’s spiced peach cobbler. The notes of vanilla, peach and cinnamon that Off Hours, paired with ginger and pure maple syrup all work together to showcase the cozy and warm flavors already in the bourbon.
The silky smooth finish makes you want to go back for more, it not only warms the body but the soul. This is a perfect reflection of my grandmother and the many “by the fire” memories of her and her wonderful cozy peach cobbler on chilly evenings growing up in Indiana.
