Up until 2013, Indiana had a law preventing distillers from having tours and tastings. This is a law that was set in place during Prohibition, which is quite remarkable considering Prohibition ended about 80 years ago. Now that the laws have changed, some people believe Indiana could develop a tourist attraction of distillers that rival Kentucky’s bourbon trail.
