Gorgonzola Cream and Walnut Sauce

Decadence abounds when you combine Gorgonzola cheese and walnuts together for this rich, creamy sauce.

Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, sauté until fragrant,about 1 minute. Add cream, walnuts, gorgonzola and season with salt and pepper. 

Pour sauce over pasta and top with Parmesan cheese.

  • 2 tablespoons (¼ stick) butter
