- 2 tablespoons (¼ stick) butter
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ to ¾ cup Gorgonzola cheese
- ¾ cup walnuts, chopped
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
- Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, sauté until fragrant,about 1 minute. Add cream, walnuts, gorgonzola and season with salt and pepper.
Pour sauce over pasta and top with Parmesan cheese.
