- Basic pizza dough recipe
- ½ pound lamb feta sausage, cooked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup pesto
- ½ cup Brussels Sprouts, shredded
- ½ cup leeks or red onions, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces goat cheese
- Balsamic glaze
Preheat over to 450℉.
To make pizza, roll Basic Pizza Dough Recipe into a thin large circle on floured surface. Place dough on a baking stone, large greased cast iron skillet, cookie sheet or pizza sheet. Brush crust with olive oil, spread pesto over dough. Top with cooked sausage, leeks, Brussels Sprouts and goat cheese. Bake for 12 minutes. Drizzle balsamic on the top. Bake an additional three minutes.
*Grill time will be about 5-7 minutes.
