Thai Tea Bubble Tea

Sweetened condensed milk makes this bubble tea a sweet delight.

Fill small pan with water and bring to a boil. Pour in dried pearl tapioca. Cook for five minutes. Remove, strain and rinse with cold water. Pour cooked tapioca into bottom of a tall glass. Fill glass with ice, add simple syrup and Thai tea. Top with sweetened condensed milk or coconut cream. Stir and serve cold with a fat straw.

  • ½ cup dried large pearl tapioca
  • 1 cup strong brewed Thai tea*
  • 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk or coconut cream*
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
