Blueberry, Ginger and Thyme Kombucha

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 2 Serving(s)
  • 1 teaspoon juiced fresh ginger
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 2 tablespoons fresh blueberries
  • 150 g (5½ oz/1 cup) crushed ice
  • 375 ml (12½ fl oz/1½ cups) hibiscus kombucha*
  • 2 thyme sprigs

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients, except for the ice and kombucha, in the bottom of a tall glass.

Garnish with 2 thyme sprigs.
