Ingredients
- 1 slice sourdough bread
- 1 tablespoon Fig Jam (see link below)
- ½ tablespoon Blueberry or Oregano Vinaigrette (see links below)
- 2–3 slices of Montemore or white sharp cheese
Preparation
Butter and toast the bread. Spread the Fig Jam onto the toast. Drizzle Blueberry Vinaigrette or Oregano Vinaigrette onto jam. Crumble cheese and sprinkle on top. Add the dressed arugula.
